This July 1st THE WAVE had the pleasure of performing at the Port Perry Canada Day festiviies!  We had alot of fun and it was a beautiful day.  Thanks to all of our friends who came out to support us(as you always do).  YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST, WE ARE VERY LUCKY AND ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!!



                                                           

                                                          

     Hello again, friends!  Just a little note once again THANKING ALL OF YOU for you constant support of THE WAVE.  Sandy and I are always grateful for our friends(old and new) who continue to come to our shows.  We are still having a BLAST playing every Thursday night at ON THE ROCKS Whitby.  It is so nice to have a home to play every week where we are loved by the staff and patrons as much as we love them!!! 

     We have really enjoyed playing outside during the great but SHORT summer season.  Where did or summer go?!?!?!?!?!  Well, anyways, fall is here and we are gearing up to revamp our already ever changing setlist.  We're always looking for song suggestions that will fit into our playlists.  So feel free to send any thoughts to us here on the site.

     Sandy and I actually have the next 2 weekends off(WHEEHOO!)....so I am going to use this free time to get a bunch of new songs together.  We will, however, still be at ON THE ROCKS Whitby each and every Thurs and as always, I will showcasing our new tunes there first!!!!!

     Also, as usual, we will be doing our HALLOWEEN SHOW again this year at THE BITTTMORE!!!!  We always have alot of fun there and the crowd is amazing.  Cool place, great food, and even better entertainment!

     So we will be seeing you soon, and Thanks Again for all of your support!!!!!

Hey Guys!

Just wanted to post a little note saying hello and THANKING ALL OF YOU for constantly showing your support by coming out to all of our gigs.  You have never let us down, and you are always loving and geniune in your comments to us.  You make Sandy and I want to perform and play better than ever.  We thank you so much.

We have been  so fortunate as of late as we have been very busy and booked all over.  We have had some awesome gigs at our regular Thurs night spot at On The Rocks in Whitby, and at The Courtyard in Oshawa.  The Bittmore shows are always great, and we had a great private show at Darrin and Josie's place!!!! 

We are constantly adding new material and our latest creation is a 19 minute medley extravaganza celebrating the One Hit Wonders of the 1980's!!!  That's right, folks!  We are going back in time refreshing your memory of some of the tunes that we grew up on!  What has been surprising about all of this is that some of the younger kids who are barely old enough to get into a bar, are singing along to some of these songs......That only proves my theory that "A GOOD SONG IS A GOOD SONG!"...no matter when it was written or performed!  We are always updating our setlist, so if you have any suggestions just send them to us here on our website!

We are forever grateful for your continued support!

Hey sorry about this, but due to a scheduling conflict, we have had to move the date of our debut at The Courtyard.  It is now going to be Friday June 5th.  It actually works out pretty well, as the weather will be great I'm sure, so patio party HERE WE COME!!!!  Look forward to seeing you there.

Hello friends!  We arrived safely back from our vacation in Cuba this week.  Friday night we played at The Hunters Horn in Whitby, as usual alot of our friends turned out to support us.  Thank you very much.  Sunday afteroon we played once again at The Tartan Tavern with our daughters Jessica and Emilee.  They are beginning to steal the show!  The Tartan is awesome for those people that want to come out to see us, but have trouble finding a sitter.  You can just bring the kiddies along as it is always from 4-7 P.M. and families are welcome.  We've got one more show at The Tartan on May 24 then the pub takes it usual summer break from having entertainment.  Hopefully we will see you out.

Our next show is Sat May 9, where we will be debuting at The Courtyard on Hwy 2 in Courtice.  We are very excited about this gig, and if the weather is nice, we will be playing on the patio I'm told.  How cool is that?  Summer is coming....FINALLY!

Just wanted to take the time to thank all of our friends that came out to Wie Geht's Amigo's last night, despite the weather and the distance.  Sandy and I, as usual,love to play for you and really consider ourselves lucky to have such caring and supportive friends.  See you at Jax Fillin Station tonight!

Hey Guys

Just a little note to say thanks to all that came out this past weekend to On The Rocks on Sat, and The Tartan Tavern on Sun afternoon.  As usual we hope you had fun and enjoyed yourselves.  As you can see, Sandy and I are hard at work coming up with new and fresh material, so that every gig is a new experience.  So, with that said, this weekend we are at Wie Geht's Amigo's in Newcastle Friday night.  And on Saturday Night we are at Jax Fillin Station in Oshawa.  Hope to see you all there, and after this weekend, Sandy and I are taking a much needed 1 week vacation!  :)  But don't worry, we're back in business the following week!

Hi guys! Just wanted to get the Blog started. Thank you so much for taking the time to check out our site. Sandy and I are very proud and excited about it. It has been a busy year so far, as we have been playing quite a bit. Most importantly though, we wanna take this time to THANK EVERYONE SO MUCH for showing your support to THE WAVE.  To our friends that come to most, if not all of our shows, we are very touched by your consistant show of support and love and we will work even harder to keep our shows new and fresh for all of you.
